The best way to celebrate 9/02/10 is to watch old episodes of, what else, Beverly Hills, 90210. I watched this show since I was 6 or 7 (with my parents in the beginning) and kept up until the gang’s sophomore year of college when the show jumped the shark. There are times I still yearn for a slice of Nat’s pie at the Peach Pit/After Dark or a fist bump with Brandon Walsh. Le sigh.

The Drizz and Wayne (shot before he went to jail) join forces for “Miss Me” in another Anthony Mandler-directed music video. I heart the hook on this song. Not sure what the molotov cocktail/stripper visuals are supposed to mean but I sure do love seeing Drake do the Drake hopping dance.

The highlight of the 2010 BET Awards last night was undoubtedly the emotional breakdown and triumphant return of Chris Brown as he sang “Man In The Mirror”. Now I can finally admit to listening to Breezy without feeling like an awful human being. Welcome back Chris!
