Enjoy a 4-minute PG-13 strip tease courtesy of Drake in his new video “Practice”

Clad in hip-hugging grey jeggings and a shirt that doesn’t quite fit her ample frame, “urban model” Kyra gyrates and wiggles in front of the mirror for the entire duration of the video, “practicing” for her mystery man. In the end, we find out that the lucky guy is none other than Drizzy, who walks in to surprise her. The two then proceed to the bed and we are left with nothing but our imaginations to finish the storyline (GROSS x 1 MILLION).

For fans who feel particularly inspired by the clip, the rapper is soliciting user-generated “Practice” videos at Practicevideo12@gmail.com. OVOXO

This is so bad, it’s good. Twitter.com released a funny video to entice new job applicants. Despite its access to high technology, this was clearly done on iMovie by a toddler.

Canadians really are some nice fellas. I stumbled upon (translation: was trolling Drake’s official website) this cute video with Drizzy’s bff/producer Noah “40″ Shebib. I really can’t understand the technical recording jargon he throws around, but what a lovely and inspiring scamp he is. OVOXO.

I hobbled (sans boot) to rapper Common’s album preview for The Dreamer/The Believer (in stores 12/20) last night. Although I’ve heard the record in total already, it’s always a different experience hearing the music with the artist himself (not to mention the open bar-guzzling groupies in attendance). Overall, a solid and definitely a contender for one of the year’s best rap albums. Peep my full review at the Village Voice and take a looksie at Com performing “Raw” acapella. As a new iPhone owner, I didn’t realize the whole shooting in portrait vs. landscape thing. Oopsies.

I’ve been obsessed with this song since Jhene Aiko’s mixtape Sailing Souls dropped earlier this year. If you don’t have it, it’s worth a download.
Here’s the sitch: Jhene comes from the B2K extended family ages ago (see: Lil Fizz’s “cousin”). She’s super gorgeous, has a unique voice, and oh yeah, she’s super gorgeous.
