If you follow me on Twitter or the 'Gram, you know that I love food. One of the best parts of going home to Kalamazoo is that both my parents constantly cook delicious Indian food for me. In India, people take food veryyy seriously and are super offended if you don't stuff your face, so I must oblige.
I can't really fit in my jeans right now (detox in 3..2..1) but 12 days of homemade Indian food was soooo worth it. Some gastronomical highlights: My birthday dinner of Goanese shrimp curry with coconut milk and coriander (cooked by my Dad), cashew and onion rice pilaf cooked by my Mom and crunchtastic fried papadum.
