“Another Drake post” you ask? Yes another Drake post. Can’t get enough of the Drizz. In this video, Drake talks about getting turned down by Sade to do a collaboration. At :26 he sounds kinda like me explaining not getting a call back from a guy by Day 3. Ouch.
Funny, Sade is one of my Mom’s favorite singers. Just today she TEXTED me “Drake is performing in Michigan” and asked me why I wasn’t going. Aside from the fact that my Mom is way cool, I realize that a Drake/Sade match-up might be the first concert we can both go to and enjoy (not like the awful and scarring 1998 R. Kelly concert I went to). The Mother/Daughter Tour? Something to think about.
And in more yummyness, Drake talks about working with Jay-Z on his upcoming album (yay) and his friendship with his idol. Oh to be a fly on THAT wall.
