The anticipation is over. Superproducer Hit Boy drops his rap debut, “Jay-Z Interview.” I had the chance to hear it a few months ago for MTV’s Hip Hop POV but here’s the vid for everyone else! Produced by Roc-A-Fella’s Bink.
My adventures in LA for MTV’s Hip Hop POV continued with a studio visit with wunderkind producer Hit Boy. Among other things, he produced a little track called “Ni**as in Paris ” for Jay-Z and Kanye West. Ever heard of it?
He also played me some of his new beats as well as the highly-anticipated “Jay-Z Interview” in which he’s rapping. I love getting exclusives!!!!
Jay-Z visits Howard Stern to promote his book Decoded. From collecting Warhols to sipping Starbucks, Jay seems like a pretty cool guy (+ really nice sweater). The first two videos are must-sees and give fans a rare glimpse into Jay’s relationship with his father. Wishful thinking, but I always want him to dish more on Beyonce. Sigh.
