Bun performed his verse to this last night at the NYC Sneakerpedia launch. Here’s the behind-the-scenes video of “Country Shit remix” with Big KRIT, Luda, and Bun B. #trill
I got a chance to sit down with Mac Miller after his sold out NYC show last week and chopped it up with the on-the-come-up rapper. S/o to Vibe, the homie/videographer Jenn, and Artie.
On the eve of the release of his highly anticipated mixtape The Best Day Ever, rapper Mac Miller performed to a sold out crowd of rambunctious teenagers and hip-hop record label executives, press, and tastemakers at NYC’s Highline Ballroom. Following the steps of fellow Rostrum Records artist Wiz Khalifa, Miller has steadily won over fans nationwide with his high energy live shows and down-to-earth personality. At 19, the Pittsburgh native already has an acting role under his belt in the upcoming Queen Latifah-produced reality show Single Ladies. Miller talked to VIBE.com following the concert about his new mixtape, why he’s not on the tracklist for Wiz Khalifa’s Rolling Papers and why his shows are so intense.

Bun B killed the stage last night at S.O.B.s, kicking off VH1′s Hip Hop Honors week in NYC, for a verrrrrry early set (what hip hop show ends at 10pm?!). Bun and his many friends entertained the crowd. Too many dope performances to mention but anytime I can hear that anthem “Still Tippin”, I’m a happy girl.
Afterwards, I jetted to VH1′s official pre-party (hi Dela and Lacey!) and then the W Hotel for a very fun night filled with conversations with David Banner, sightings of Craig Robinson (The Office), Gucci Mane, Juvenile, DJ Drama, etc and shots with the LA homie Richie Abbott (WBR).
